"The location was perfect for walking the boardwalk and shopping and dining. The property was very quiet. I rated lower because of the condition of one of our rooms. The roof began dripping very soon after we checked in which is weird since neither of our rooms had hot water in the showers or sinks. The hot water was restored after a couple of hours. "The hotel owner was brilliant,he didn't speak English,but was very helpful,even gave me a lift to the airport in Nice.The rooms are very clean,but a bit small.Nice terrace and a bar.Close to the beach,local supermarket and the racing grounds.Would stay there again."
