I needed a hotel for one night, close to the airport and this definitely worked: nice, clean, comfortable and 7 mins taxi from the airport terminal, friendly staff, I arrived after midnight which was not a problem at all.
Good value for money as well.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I think the breakfast should start before 7am. It is close to the airport so alot of customers will.miss breakfast as they have to get to the airport early.

When we asked about the arcade/games room and nearby health club, staff said there wasn’t any. Perhaps the arcade/games room that was advertised was the small kids area?
Overall the hotel was clean and staff friendly and accomodating and one quick bus ride in to the main part of the city.
Very nice Hotel, maybe not in the best area in Cagliari but convenient if you are planning your day out and explore by car.

Location is far away from center, not many options to eat around, my room was VERY small, I felt that I got the “leftover” room at the end of the building. Breakfast starts at 7am so if you have an early flight you can’t enjoy it.
The room was quite small, the gastronomy and the food in the restaurant were excellent, good treatment and complacent to give you information or put their help at your fingertips for any need... Good Quality-Price and close to Public Transport... Ah! !! I forgot a phone charger..
Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had a great 1 night stay after arriving on a late evening flight - nothing to do around the area but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and staff. Great buffet breakfast as well.

Not the best hotel.
Room was so hot. Felt like we’re melting. First room had odd Odor so we changed rooms. Staff is nice. The hotel just needs a lot of upgrades. Hotel room carpets are filthy.
We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. It is ideally situated for getting to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Disappointing stay
The airco was not working in the room. When asking the reception for help, they advised us to open a window (which overlooked a petrol station and busy road). We paid for breakfast but it was not provided. After eating at the restaurant, one of us was sick the whole night. After flagging this multitude of issues, the hotel sadly did not provide any consolidation.

We are really sorry to hear your complaints via Expedia. Everything seemd fine during your stay!
We want to dedicate few second on your feedbacks, starting from your check in when you claimed a free upgrade. In this time of the year the temperature is quite cold during the evening/night and the aircon of the hotel is set to blow hot air. Switching it to cold will not give an immediate answer and it takes up to 4 hours to blow fresh air. This big machines in all the hotels work the same way as ours. The immediate solution was of course to switch off the aircon and open the windows to let the fresh air to come in, for about 10/15 minutes. We also could have changed your room if we knew about your discomfort.
Speaking about our restaurant, we take seriously the strict rules about food and food storing and we costantly invest on it. All perishable goods are being controlled before selling to restaurants and hotel restaurants, also before beeing cooked. There’s absolutely no correlation between food and the sick you felt, which we are very sorry again to hear about it only now.
We want to leave one last mention for the breakfast. The reservation states: “The buffet breakfast is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM”, but you asked it at 4:30AM. Despite your request for a packet breakfast, we even proposed you to open the breakfast room with packaged goods (because of food rules under COVID19) and automatic machine for cappuccino, tea, coffee and latte macchiato only for you, but you asked only 2 bottles of orange juice to go.
We treat every guest the same way we want to be treated when we travel . Ask for a compensation after all the efforts made to let you spend a wonderful stay, doesn’t fit our standards.

We only stayed for one night as we were flying out from Caglieri. Nice 4 start hotel with free car park. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
Hotel was lovely but not in a very nice area.if you want to go to the beach dont stay here as the beach is 2 bus rides away.The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful.
we liked the 24h reception and the polite staff - rooms ok, maybe shower was bit old

I was a little disappointed in location and also restaurant. it’s in a seedy area so there’s no option other for food .it was clean and friendly staff . Maybe great for business and in and out not for family or vacation .

Convenient for the airport. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.
The property is a good stop if on way back to airport, have family rooms and that is about it really (and they have car parking). The staff were not particularly welcoming on arrival, we were going to eat in the restaurant (which although overlooks a car park from the food reviews appeared good) but asked if they would do French Fries for our younger son (which they do at lunch time) but they said they could not - their loss as we saved a lot of money and had food at a fantastic pizza restaurant nearby (10min walk) - the breakfast was okay but asked for a coffee (not out of the machine) and response was 'hang on' - he never came back. This is a business hotel, for families I would suggest you book more central hotel as its a long way out - the other hotel we booked at the start of the holiday was fantastic in every way compared to this.
Staff is very helpful and kind. The room we were in was spacious and had almost everything we needed (except an iron). Location is close to everything but you still need a car to get around efficiently
This was my second visit to the Sardegna Hotel. I love it, and will always stay here if passing through Cagliari. Wonderful staff and restaurant. Comfortable and quiet room. Convenient to the airport. Highly recommend!
