The service was excellent, also I was in love with the pool and the hotel style… but the room, needs a storage cabinet and a comfortable seat. The little table for the coffee and other stuffs is very uncomfortable and it’s look cheap comparing with the other things in the room.

We had a Bad SURPRISE since the Hotel looks Beautiful in the outside: Bed Mattress were TERRIBLE as well as the Pillows!!! We couldn’t sleep!!! Also they have a horrible top net in the beds in such a SMALL BEDROOM! This was my first and last reservation…and I’m a Travel Agent! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Gerardo, the young man at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant. He provided us with helpful information about the area and made sure we had a great time. Gerardo was always available to answer any questions we had and if he didn't know he took the time to look it up. He is the epitome of customer service, he was outstanding!!! We felt appreciated as customers at all times and our stay could not have been any better. Thank you Gerardo for a lovely stay.

Even when most of the property was clean, I think they should take care of the condition of the shower, specially the faucets and the shower curtain.

The property can use some restructure on layout of rooms. Rooms, beds and bathroom are small. Owner should look into utilize space like European hotels. If you wanted an iron you had to ask the front desk which you don't know unless you ask. Have a list of things to do around the area for guest. restaurant is not associate with the hotel although it is in the same building. There is not a discount for guest staying at hotel. The are is quite which is nice.

Disgusting! Stay Somewhere Else.
My family and I stayed for two days in two different rooms. The first room A/C didn’t work and was filthy, the toilet was also clogged. The receptionist changed our room in the middle of the night because we were sweating so badly. The second room was cooler, but just as dirty as the first. The tiles and carpet were filthy. The grout of the tiles are black and our feet were too after walking from the bed to the bathroom and back. Cleanliness is an afterthought here, pillows and sheets doesn’t have a fresh/clean scent. The staff was helpful and kind, that was the only positive experience we had. I’m not sure why this hotel is even rated at the current rate. The condition of these rooms didn’t happen overnight, this is years of neglect and cutting corners. If it weren’t for the character count on this review there would be more I can add. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a cleaner and well maintained hotel.
Grout is supposed to be cleaner than this.

Firstly, your picture shows floor tiles that DO NOT match the ones in our Hotel, which are red. We also lack wooden furniture in the rooms. Please verify the photos to confirm they were in fact from BOHO. Floor tiles and furniture aside, Boho Beach Club boasts excellent quality cleanliness and we pride ourselves for our exceptional customer service. We guarantee 100% that our rooms are cleaned daily; if that is ever not the case, the problem is solved immediately. We recommend for a next time, you communicate with the Hotel directly to voice your concerns during the stay, in our records we have no note of any complaint from your party, nor of a room change. We hope you can come visit us again soon! Thanks again!

Excellent choice at the Boqueron area
The hotel is at a grate location in the Boqueron area. The facilities are clean and the staff is super friendly and professional. In the room I would like accesorirs shelves in the shower area to place the shampoo, soap , etc. and in the room more power outlet especially in the bed area. Other than that I love the place.

The only issue is that other patrons are very unaware that you can hear everything while sleeping and their very loud very rude. I literally scream from my room to please be quiet and they actually heard me. It was four in the morning.
