"A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. Gordon had it all fired up and by the time we had stoked it too the thermostat was showing 90 degrees and we sat like prunes for 2hrs even when it rained and sleeted it didn’t ruin the relaxation of sitting their looking over the countryside to Loch Lomond. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and professional. Great location from the train station. Breakfast was over priced when local cafe service provides the same breakfast for less. It is a buffet style breakfast. Food wasn't as hot as I would like, but overall very good. Lots to do in the area. Lots of stores and restaurants. Beautiful park outside of train station. I had an awesome time. I highly recommend this property. "
