"i came there and that didn't let me check in. said it's only for families and didn't found my reservation, although i show them the improving mail. that don't speak a word in english and it was the worst experience. truly i don't know if that charge me even or not..."

"The host for this property changed our hotel in last minute and took us to another flat, which was unclean bedsheets, kitchen,toilet and without wifi. The host had a lot of excuses for this which I took it as lies. My suggestion would be not to book it just because the price is comparably good. "

"The details and the pictures of the property is totally different than real one. It's written that 4 bed rooms, but there was only 3. It also written apartment has back yard and public swimming pool. When I arrived I was shocked that guests havd no access to swimming pool and the apartment on 3rd floor with tiny balcony. For sure that will be the first and last time I book through home away.com. property name Dreams of Holiday."

"Otel temizliği çok kötü. Yataklardan kıllar çıktı. Banyosu temizlik açısından inanılmaz kötüydü. Klozeti kendim temizlemek zorunda kaldım. banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu, küçük bir kapı takmışlar, yandan bakınca içerisi görünüyordu. Banyo giderinde sorun vardı, duş aldıktan sonra ortalık su gölüne döndü. Tüm bunlara dikkat edilse çok daha güzel ve konforlu bir yer olabilir. Tasarım olarak güzel döşenmiş."

"We were a family of 7 with four children. This apartment was amazing! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Very spacious, a good central location with taxis into the main central area. The staff were brilliant, so approachable and kind. Apartment was very clean, loved all the little finishing touches like the lights, the decor, was brilliant. The courtyard outside is nice n quiet and a lovely space. So pleased. Would definitely book this again if we ever return back to Bursa!"
