Check in was a mess. The room wasn't ready for a check in at 3pm. We left and came back at 4:30 they checked us in . Went to the room and the bed wasn't made or room cleaned but they did finally put us in a different room. Won't stay there again.

The property was not as high end as anticipated. The room ww reserved wasn't the room we reserved. The room issue was my fault as I apparently needed to state that I needed an ADA room. The whole experience was just sour. The hotel reminded us of a tweeker hotel.

David and company, When you book a room and think everyone knows you need an ADA room without requesting one, calling last minute on the day of your reservation stating you couldn't make it, We (who do not claim to be high end) did as you requested and moved your reservation to the next day. We did not have to honor that request. When you arrived, You stated the stairs were something you did not want to do. I walked you to the downstairs room. Allowed you a late check out with no extra fee's. I have a full house, we have 85% working crew members staying with us. Those Gentleman leave early and come back late. I understand it is excessive noise when 25 Hotel rooms have workers returning around 8 to 9 pm. They are respectful and quiet down immediately. The ending comment you made, is that retaliation from the noise and or the fact that I asked Expedia to not allow you to come back due to paraphernalia found in your room? Have a good day. I hope you have a better experience. somewhere else.

Room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable, shower floor needs a grip mat as it was very slippery, Wall Air Conditioning unit is loud.

Overall it was not terrible at all. But i dont know if it was the heater or what but there were some loud noises coming from the roof (no rooms above us) the noises were heard at all times.
This is our 2nd stay at Shasta Pine. We really enjoyed the room we stayed in. The manager was very attentive to us and our needs. He went the extra mile to make sure we had whatever we needed. We will select Shasta Pines, for our future visit to Burney.

Pretty sure the guy at the front desk stole my card info. Room was clean but old and outdated, not sure about cleanliness of bedding. It worked fine for us for one night but I wouldn’t have stayed longer than that. Very few options for eating in Burney also

After taking the day to reflect on who you where, I get it now. A guest, who stayed in the room next to you had brought your conversation to our attention. Her concern was the racial put down and scamming your way to the top. Now that I put two and two together I understand it was me you were talking about. "your exact words" (Oh, Don't worry, we wont have to pay for this one, Especially with the dirty Mexican at the front desk). I don't know how to express how sad I feel. I even feel sad for you. Living my whole life with abuse because of the color of my skin, Sometimes I . I cant believe the things people like you would do and say just to cheat and lie and steal, when you make false allegations about someone for an attempt to not pay, you are the THIEF and an abusive heartless monster. I have been in the Hospitality field for 19 years. People have come up with some crazy things to scam Hotels, but you, the sickening words you spoke about my Amazing employer's and about me being a dirty Mexican, this is by far the most painful. I don't even care about your made up story about your Credit Card. That is something I wont even entertain with my intelligence. Oh and By the way Expedia already verified that you cancelled your Card 4 minutes and 26 seconds after you checked in to this Hotel. I hope you feel good about yourself! and because of you, I don't feel good about myself. I will keep you in my prayers. Maybe one day you will be a nice person. I hope. I'm sorry for the hate you have inside your heart. If it makes you feel any better, I (the dirty Mexican) am half white. Doesn't that count for something? Maybe I should greet all future guests with Hi I am half white, so I may get better treatment, Or Should I post my Birth Certificate on the wall in the Lobby, no I cant because its literally dirty, well half of it is, so I guess it's not good enough. And in response to your comment; thanks for noticing that we pay that much attention to your booking details, As a team leader I am proud to say I have directed my team to provide Hotel services at our Motel. While checking you in and utilizing those few minutes to get acquainted, we would of provided another towel set if you had another in your party. As you have witnessed, a safe, clean, comfortable low price room, with standards of 3.5 star Hotel. All the "Little things" (as others would say), like providing appropriately for our guests, acknowledges your value we have for you along with being resourceful, we keep the rates reasonable. I was in the area for fishing and decided to stay in a hotel instead of camp in the 20 degree weather. Check-in was easy. Staff was polite and professional. The facilities and things like the TV are a bit dated but the room itself was spacious, the hot water came on quickly, and the bed was comfortable.

The manager was the nicest guy on the planet. The bed was hard as concrete, the rv style shower was a lil unexpected but it worked. The 1960s wall heater popped and flexed the entire time it was on too waking you up to what sounded like someone breaking into the room. If your looking for a bed and a roof to get you through this is it!! No thrills or extras.

This motel is simple but is very clean and close to some of our favorite tourist destinations in NorCal (e.g. Burney Falls), and the staff is very pleasant to work with. It's everything we would ask for in a weekend trip to the countryside. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to explore the area.

Unfortunately, we arrived very late (2am) and left the next morning before the office opened (8:30am), but my receipt and keycards were left in an envelope for us to find and the room was excellent. I was really impressed with the available outlets by the bed for my cell phone chargers and cpap (4 gang outlets on either side). Most hotels I have stayed in only have 2 outelts: 1 for their bedside lamp, one for their alarm clock.

The hotel is is older but well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even offered to go to local stores and restaurants to bring me food. I’m on a motorcycle trip so it’s not possible to bring Starbucks back to my room.
