"The property was undergoing renovations, so access to the hotel room with luggage was difficult and parking was in another building, but it was indoors and free. Communications around the pool maintenance was non existent and the man in charge was an idiot."

"Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic"

"This duplex is wonderful! My husband and I stayed in it over a long weekend - it is beautifully decorated and just a block of Frisco's main street. Since it snowed while we were there, we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. The unit is very clean, the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and everything really was just perfect! Would absolutely stay here again when we go to Frisco."

We had a few issues with the wifi and hot tub maintenance. Host was on top of communication and reaching a quick resolution."

The views from the home were absolutely stunning…truly… We would all sit in the common area and have to pinch ourselves thinking about the heavenly views we were surrounded by. "We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."

"The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side."
