"Staff was excellent and accommodating. Wanted to sit out by the firepit while it was snowing and they were able to do just that. Was such a pretty scene. Room itself was okay. Appreciate the blackout curtains. Bathroom needs an update. Seems like an old property. Drain got clogged at one point. You could take the stopper out but was stuck to the rim so the rim came off too. "

"I first came across the receptionist named Tabitha, who was amazing very sweet very nice very attentive and made it a pleasant experience when checking in. The only issue that I had was the people that stayed upstairs above me from 9 PM to 5 AM ran and banged and jumped in did everything possible that they could do which made me not be able to get any sleep at all. Great location for going skiing or snow tubing at blue mountain and about 40 minutes to the Poconos outlet"

"Nice hotel, however the walls are very thin. The people in the room next to us had their TV on full volume well past midnight. They then turned the TV off and proceeded to play very loud, annoying music. I had to bang on the wall between our room and theirs to get them to turn the volume down. My wife and I had to get up early in the morning for a medical procedure. It was a Sunday night. There was no reason for the loud music. The rest of our stay was fine. The gentleman at the front desk was...
