Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free. The place was within walking distance to the beach. Parking was included in the stay. Place was clean, very comfortable mattress, hosts were extremely pleasent to stay with. Mel was very accomodating and was greeted us on arrival and on departure. She was also very helpful in providing info of the local area. Very kindly provided a bottle of milk and bottles of water in the upstairs fridge. Breakfast offered but did not take up the option. Good location for Boscombe sea front and high street. 3/4 spaces for parking on front drive, had no issues getting a parking spot. Hotel is really clean and quiet too. Nice breakfast and the fresh raspberries were lovely -as was the post breakfast free homemade banana muffin! Hotel is not far from the beech. Mel and Matt were great hosts! Very accommodating, great breakfasts, and overall attentive in regards to suggesting places to eat and things to do. Boscombe is nice and quiet, with a perfect beach away from the crowds. Matt and Mel were super friendly and helpful with local knowledge and places to eat and drink. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh which set us up well for the day. It is a short walk to the shops and the beach and not far from the Railway Station. The breakfast was very good and there was amble choice. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
