Review for twin suite room #420: walls are thin - heard noise all night. Window doesn’t close completely so it was cold and added extra road noise. There is no one at the front desk at 8:30 PM so there was a line of people waiting and when she finally appeared, she was quite rude. Lighting is terrible. Only pluses were that the room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Example, we were able to check in the following day, instead of the night of. They accidentally gave us someone’s room and quickly corrected it. We got a free meal for two as a result. This particular Holiday Inn is older, so it’s not as nice as others that have been built since 2014.

Fantastic service and wonderful staff.

This was one of the best service experiences I have had in at least 20 years. The manager and staff were courteous and friendly, resolving all requests quickly and politely. Would absolutely recommend staying here to other families. The room was spotless and quite large.
