Stay didn’t really meet Marriott standards. There was feces in the toilet when we checked in, the sink leaked. The sheets had stains on them and the AC wasn’t cooling adequately. I pre-paid for parking but then the lot was full so I had to valet. When I asked the front desk to refund me the prepaid parking since I would be paying for valet now he said they didn’t own the garage so I needed to take it up with the parking attendant. The parking attendant had trouble speaking English and didn’t seem to understand that I had pre-paid for parking when I booked the room, after spending several minutes explaining he finally said he would adjust the cost but then couldn’t give me a receipt. I specifically picked the Westin over others in the area for the good reputation but was disappointment overall with the experience. Although he property left some to be desired the location was perfect, would highly recommend staying in this general area.
