"Beautiful place in country side of France.
However me and my wife stayed one night and we had a very unpleasant experience in this place.
First the host guy didnt welcome us at all and didn’t introduce himself. And he couldnt find our booking and he said to us “Are you sure you booked this place”. After that he find the booking name and said that he couldn’t understand my name. This is very unusual to hear it when you check in a hotel.
When we checked out the host guy told us we only paid...
"This a beautiful hotel (better than the photos) - it was recently renovated and feels very chic and new, from the lobby to the bar to the rooms. The staff also were excellent. It was my 40th birthday and they put balloons and a card in my room and a voucher for two free drinks, which I just thought was above and beyond. STAY HERE, you won't regret it."
"Be careful upon checking in. We showed up and waited outside for fifteen minutes before anyone came to the door and let us in. We were kinda freaking out not knowing what to do. Only one employee working so if they are checking someone else in or showing them to their room you are kinda left outside. Room was wonderful. "

5/5 Excellent
"We appreciated having the option of a small kitchen. We also liked how roomy our room was with a nice leather couch and big windows that opened for fresh air. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet.
Overall we were pleased and would stay here again when arriving or leaving Bordeaux as the airport is only two train stops away."
