The person at the front desk was not very helpful since the booking was done by Expedia. The room that I booked was not given to us. I booked a two queens and a sofa bed more expensive than the single king which they gave me.

Breakfast was a joke and the lady attending to it didn't care. She allowed everything to run out. Parking in open parking lot for sixteen dollars is a joke. Maid service was basically non existent. We left at 9 am and came back at 4 pm to freshen up before our next event and still no service.

Hotel looks nice, big rooms, they can clean the rooms a little bit more… I found a lot of small garbage items in my room including iPods left behind.

Enjoyed the downtown area for a quick anniversary trip. Hotel seemed clean and room was met our needs and breakfast was plenty. Would stay again for the location for sure.

Housekeeping did not clean the floors. Made the beds sloppily, threw a stack of towels on the sink, left the garbage overflowing on the floor. Front desk staff was friendly
