"This facility went above and beyond in all aspects. Before customer service was absolutely fantastic responding within 24hrs. Asked for a room near the facilities and they accommodated - I have disabilities. The facilities for myself and son (teen - yes excellent wifi and by the pool) along with the position of this hotel is pretty much fantastic 👏. There were 2500year old ruins next door. "First impressions were good, lovely, clean & well kept hotel. Dont think it had been open long this season as when meal times came the food was shocking & no choice, you got what you were given! On our 2nd night a coach full of Arabic tourists arrived and all of a sudden everything sprang to life, thank god they turned up. Weather was awful but clearly that is not the hotels fault but there was no bar but the open pool bar available so we had to take our drinks and sit in reception, not great!!...
