After riding my motorcycle in the cold all day it was so nice to have a clean, warm room and a hot bath. The owner was overly nice.

It’s an older property but, it’s clean, quiet, and the staff is VERY nice. We had an extremely late check in and the staff really worked with us and was very helpful even at almost 1am. Well will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3 beds and a lil pull out sofa. Lots of room for 6 people!

It was pretty quiet and comfortable. We liked the 3 beds in the hotel room. It was affordable. I did not expect it to be perfect and luxury. The staff was friendly. I wish the couch chair was a little cleaner but it was a functionalable place. It also is very convenient to the Dollar General. I had a non smoking room but someone smoked in another room and their smoke permeated through our bathroom. Other than that I have no major complaint.

This is definitely the budget option, if all you need is a place to sleep and an outlet to charge your phone, you’re good. Staff is super nice and helpful, I was looking for batteries for sale thinking maybe they had a little shop at the front desk but the nice lady just gave me 2 AA batteries which I’m super grateful for. 2 complaints which I shared with the staff, first the peep hole is scratched up and you can’t see out of it so I let them know they need to replace that and also the Tv is unwatchable because of all the static and snowy screen This place could use some upgrades but you’d probably be paying more for a motel in the mountains if they made the investments. Anyhow, it’s a budget low cost option so don’t expect anything fancy

This is a very bare bones property. It suited our need to sleep for a few hours. When we arrived it was late..around 11pm. It was cold and coming from Florida, i wanted a warm bath. When you try to turn the tap in the bath to hot, the water turns to a trickle. So it was like they didn't want us using the hot water. In the morning there was zero hot water. The area is very mountainous. And the room made that very obvious! It was tilted.. the service check in lady was wonderful though! She upgraded us to a king bed for free. I just wouldn't want to stay for more than one night.

Let me preface this by saying I was tired when arrived, so I didn't expect to stay awake waiting for possible fixes. First, the AC Unit wouldn't power up at all so I couldn't adjust the temperature (I even checked to make sure it was plugged in). The wifi never worked with the password I given. Luckily my phone had a signal I could use and was fully charged when I arrived. The TV only had about 8 channels that worked and later no channels worked and s message came up saying something had to be re-set. That improved a lot by morning when most stations worked, On the plus side, when I arrived after 9 pm, the desk clerk on duty was very nice and friendly and the check in was smooth and quick.

I was in an building that was kind of "off-site" from the lobby/main building - located behind what looked liked an out-of-business commercial building. A bit weird but not bad except if I needed anything I had to go to the main building (and you could try to access the neighbor's wi-fi network "gang shiX" (I substituted the "X" - really, but if that was the only internet issue it would be great, see below.) The MAIN AND BIGGEST ISSUE - WI-FI WAS ALL BUT NON-EXISTENT!!! Their menu of possible wi-fi "stations" as over a dozen....and NONE worked even with the password (staff helped once and that lasted for part of one night). Here is the thing: Overall, the hotel is very good for its price despite the weird "ghetto" building (private though) - and some people travel to get away from technology ties to community, however MANY want and/or require internet access. For me - it was for my job and family. I would only return to this hotel (and I would) if it gets reliable internet access for guests. It is 2024....I am surprised I have to point out this issue.
