"This is a true three-star hotel. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood in a good location. It is a typical old house with steep stairs and no elevator. It was a bit much for these 60 year-olds to climb 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was decent but the coffee machine didn’t work 2 of the 3 mornings (no other way to make coffee??? - come on !). Generally in Europe a double bed means two twins pushed together. This is really a double bed. I didn’t think they even sold double beds any more! "

"A very small room very convenient to St Pancras station. The staff was friendly and responsive. The fan in the room provided plenty of cooling for us so no a/c wasn’t a problem. There’s very little sitting room. I think a small couch that would make into a single bed would be better than the single bed in the room. Overall, I’d recommend as a good low cost option for that location "
