It was a nice hotel but none of the tvs were working. They were giving discounts but we couldn’t get one because we booked thru Hotels.com.

Hotels . Com never mentioned the fact that the hotel was under renovation. There is nothing here no breakfast no pool nothing. I’m really disappointed with you. At this point I’m thinking about using a different service.

General Frustration

I don't think my frustrations are with this specific stay, but in general. Since Covid there is no one cleaning rooms and as in this case, no tv stations. The cable is a thing of the past. And yet, the cost of the rooms is higher than ever before. Specific to this stay, the staff was competent and friendly. Always a big bonus!

Lobby great - room not so much

The front desk staff was friendly, and the check in process was smooth. The lobby area was well appointed & clean. Unfortunately the room was musty, bedding has stains and there were ants crawling on the desk as I worked from my room. Breakfast was mediocre with oatmeal, cereal, eggs and dried out sausage. The hot tub was broken, and the 2 treadmills in the fitness center did not work properly. There are plenty of hotels at the same price point a couple of miles away that I would prefer over this one.

The front desk asked if I went through Expedia. I said yes and was informed that the king room was not available but I could have a room with 2 queens or I could cancel without a charge. I accepted the room. In the room the refrigerator still had a drink in it. There was a used towel and a deodorant cap under the sink. A pair of socks left in the closet. There was no ice bucket or cups in the room so I had to go to the front desk to get them.
