"Upon arriving we found this delightful A-frame home with plenty of parking. Entered and loved the floorplan. Loved the main floor living and the two very large decks. Walking distance to Grass Valley Lake and park. Perfect for a long weekend getaway and definitely will be returning."

We really enjoyed the amenities with the hot and cold plunge tubs and the sauna in a scenic backyard as well as the quiet street, modern facilities and location to some great hikes and the rest of arrowhead. Communication from the host as well as local info were very much appreciated. We will seriously consider booking the same exact trip again for next year."

"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch.
