As this property is rated a 5-star hotel by yourselves ,I believe it’s certainly more 4 star than 5. Accommodation is relatively cramped. At breakfast no skimmed milk was available, and the only prepared fresh fruit available was the melon. Tea or coffee arrived with no tea spoons for stirring .Coffee served was very’ watery’ and should have been piping hot - but wasn’t. My bathroom was too bright - no method to dim it down somewhat. Ever the shaver light could not be switched off. On entering the bath tub for a shower it creaked .I’m not the lightest at around 85kg I know, but it gave the feeling of being unsafe. There should be a flexible hose for showering available, not just a rain-shower. Why are your toilet paper sheets so small ?

I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend with my family at the exquisite Boulevard Hotel, and it was nothing short of a five-star experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and hospitality. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless.The cleanliness of the room and hotel was perfect.

We found the location of the hotel to be perfect for us as its right by the beach. The hotel rooms were great the best family room we have had before. Staff were hlepful and attentive.

Highly expensive for nothing.
Very uncomfortable and insecure stay. Once you checked in, You feel like you did a massive mistake. Charging for everything. Have to pay deposit of £100 which is refundable. Have to pay for parking separately Have to pay for breakfast separately. Breakfast is expensive like you having somewhere in 5 Star hotel with number of dishes, but don’t expect much as its very basic breakfast menu with not much variety. Food quality is so cheap and poor which is very surprising for me as they charged hell of money for breakfast. Never recommend unfortunately.

Great hotel very clean nice staff only issue we had was the room next door had only kids in who was running in and out till 1am as there parents where in a seperate room which kept our 4 year old up

Nice hotel very clean. Not a fan of the cashless nonsense so didn’t eat there. The windows could do with a good clean they were filthy

Place and decor was lovely, staff were amazing and room was perfect for our family. Especially kids having their own TV on each bunk. Room Sevice was very accommodating as we had allergies and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be back

Best in Blackpool
Very clean, modern hotel in great location for Pleasure Beech. Think 5 star classification is a bit high, no doorperson/offer of help with luggage, no bath robes/slippers in room and high level shower over bath. Having said that it is by far the best hotel in Blackpool.

Really nice hotel, would stay here again. Room was really good, service was a little slow in the evening to get a drink etc and our desert took about 30 min to come but was very nice quality.

Lovely hotel, good location, we didn't get chance to use the bar or restaurant but they looked very welcoming. Room was nice and spacious and well appointed. Patio door leaked a tiny bit but the wind was pushing the rain horizontally, best 2 nights sleep we have had in a long time despite the carnage outside.

A comfortable stay with minor gripes.
The rooms were great for families. Especially with the separate bunk bed area. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Service was ok. A few errors with our evening meal order but they were apologetic. Food was ok, a little overpriced for the quality. Wasn’t impressed that car parking was charged at different rates depending on which booking platform was used. £18 for overnight parking is a bit much given the room rates.

Overall the stay is great, watch out for the bits you dont find out about until your confirmation email a few days before you stay. £18.50 for carparking......no disabled spaces £100 deposit for the room, which they take at check in, can take upto 7 working days to get back into your account.
