The property is fairly old and outdated. The air conditioning is not keeping an even temperature throughout the apartment. The bathroom is freezing but the bedroom is warm. There is a smell of sewage at several times during the night. I wasn’t there during the day so I can’t say if it was present during the daytime. Also they need to leave instructions on how to use the television/cable. It is not very clear using the remote. Loved the location.

This is our 2nd stay and the rooms are great.The front desk Staff are still very nice and accommodating. We felt very safe with our surroundings and everything was within driving&walking distance. I recommend let Edgewater Inn be your place to stay at in Mississippi you'll love it.
