"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

"My family had such a great time at this cabin. It was plenty big for the 11 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The family room was big and warm with the wood burning fireplace in the corner. The kitchen’s had everything we needed. We also loved the maps of walking trails that start out right at the cabin. It was a great trip. Our only wish would be for some snow next time."

"Was looking for a nice cabin in the woods and the Treehouse was perfect for our family. It really felt like a treehouse and my kids loved it. Very clean, great host, very responsive, heaters worked excellent (outside temp was 34), great views of the forest and lake shasta. Awesome time spent. Great setup. Thanks for the memorable experience!"

"The property is located on 2 acre land with apple trees, a pond, game room and the beautiful terrace home. Deers wonder around the property all day long which was a lovely site for kids and adults equally. The house was cozy and comfy. "Our goal was to see a number of the waterfalls, and this property is close to 3 nice ones. The property is big, the house comfortably sleeps 8 people and has lots of space to sit and hang around. The game room is a super nice addition, next to the pond, the pets (Dax the dog is fun!) and the on property walks, with a peek at Shasta peek. We used the barbecue a lot and just enjoyed this place. We will come again if we are in the neighborhood!!"
