Berlin Houseboat Rentals

"Me and my family of 5 have been vacationing routinely in OC in the offseason for close to 15 years. Hotel stays tend to be typical some being better than others. BUT this is a true GEM. Great houseboats. Great hosting. This vacation was like a home away from home. Will definitely return"

"We stayed on the houseboat for 3 nights and had a fantastic time! We caught a lot of Blue Crabs off the boat and Claire set us up with a steamer pot. Delicious! The fire pit was very nice! Very quite peaceful setting. Will definitely be going back again. You need to have your expectations that you are indeed on a house boat and not in a house. As long as that is what you are looking for, I highly recommend the experience!!!"

"We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...
