Hotel is very clean and feels very safe. It has a self parking garage. It also has a full restaurant on site which is very convenient. The breakfast is fabulous. Dinner - we waited an hour to get our food on a non busy day. The only down side is that the swimming pool is not heated.

We had a problem at the room 1512. I asked 3 times to fix the bathroom door and the light on the shower, they couldn’t fix it. Parking lot super small and you need to park by yourself also expensive. Normal breakfast and on Sunday had line to get in the breakfast area. The location is good near everything but I won’t stay anymore at the hotel.

My stay in this hotel was very good! All the staff were very friendly and willing to help me out! I met two amazing ladies Miriam and Cintia! These ladies helped me out in everything! They went above and beyond on giving me recommendations and making sure that I felt good at the hotel and everything I needed was taken care of! These ladies were the cherries on top of the cake! One amazing surprise was that a gentleman named Giovany was also very helpful to me, but to my surprise in Spanish! He was fluent! Since I don’t speak Portuguese, Spanish is my main language. He helped me communicating in the hotel, translating and interacting with the rest of the staff. If you are planning to visit BH, this is the place to be. One thing they didn’t know is that I am a Hilton honor member! Once I get back to USA I will write a very nice review for the 3 of them! Obrigado Gente!

Uma ótima estadia, lugar confortável e funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. O único ponto é que a piscina estava razoavelmente suja em razão de alguns hóspedes jogarem bitucas de cigarro na piscina e os funcionários não limparem.

Embora ostente o nome Hilton este charmoso hotel pertence a Atlântica Hotels uma referência em Hotéis também. A estrutura do Garden Inn é excelente. Localização privilegiada num dos melhores e mais tranquilos Bairros de Belo Horizonte com bares, restaurantes, supermercados, lojas nas proximidades. Café da manhã nível Nuuu de qualidade e fartura com iguarias da gastronomia mineira. Há uma unidade do Restaurante Olegario (Olegario Jardins). Quarto com cama confortável, limpeza impecável, isolamento acústico. Atendimento primoroso de todo staff. Recomendo!

A minha experiência foi muito ruim em relação ao restaurante do hotel. Solicitei uma refeição (room service) demorou mais de 3 horas, mesmo pedindo ao gerente do hotel que fosse ao restaurante saber o motivo da demora, não adiantou nada. O atendente Ivo foi muito solícito e tentou me ajudar, mas o problema é que o restaurante não respeita o hóspede, imagino que também não respeita o funcionário do hotel. Depois de muito esperar, minha refeição chegou depois dás 23:00hs sem qualquer pedido de desculpas. Um absurdo!
