“We were in town for a convention. Beautiful condo with great view of the city. The parking on-site was great but we also used public transit. The walk to the rail was about 10 minutes and got us to the convention center easily. Very clean.”

“The unit was nice and clean, the parking was good, and I felt safe. The only negative that I had, which is out of the owner's control, was the sound of the trains as they passed at night.”

“We had a great stay! The location was great a 3 minute walk to Optimist Hall & a 20 minute walk to uptown! However, it would be hard to sleep 4 in the space due to the futon being more of a twin size rather than a full size.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this uptown condo and would definitely stay again. Directions to the building and the room itself were clear, and the host was friendly and easy to reach if needed. The condo was very well stocked, perfect for cooking and enjoying a night in. But its convenient location also made it a great "home base" for exploring Charlotte's uptown, either on foot or with a short drive. Definitely recommended for a comfortable stay in the Queen City!”

“The location is perfect. Very nice neighborhood. Grocery store and pharmacy right across a small side road. Can easily walk there. Very quiet and safe. Condo was very clean. Fully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Couldn't have been better. Sara was great to deal with. Any time I go to Charlotte, this is where I'll stay.”

“My husband and I were very comfortable in this Davidson condo. The location was walking distance to town with it's restaurants, shops and Arts on the Green. Everything in the condo was in brand new condition and fully loaded with all that we needed for a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again! The host even checked in to see if we had everything that we needed! A+ hospitality!”

“The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great...

“This space provides everything! Convenient location with anything you need to get set up right there. The unit is really nice, and the amenities are exceptional! I was there with family during a difficult time and was able to re-group and rest ….get my workouts in and relax. Will definitely use this again - recommend!!”
