The property is not appealing. Mostly concrete with weeds growing between the cracks, little or no landscaping. The lobby was dark and uninviting, the room was dark and needed further updating, the entrance that we were suggested to use was a metal door next to the dumpster. My husband is in a wheel chair and it was difficult to get in that door. Once, it caused his chair to fall backwards and he hit his head on the cement. Our room was right next to this doorway and the door slammed loudly when it shut, very disturbing. The night before we left there was a group of people having a party outside the building by our room. The next day there were several bags of discarded beer cans and other garbage at the entrance door. We also smelled a foul odor that our daughter said was marijuana. Additionally, splash harbor is very overrated. I will never stay there again and I certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was great and the people were kind. The splash pad area was down which was sad, the room was clean but the water for the shower came out a very light brown. The pool area was fun and the hot tub was awesome.

We were on the 1st floor and we could hear the guest above us walking around which seemed like all night the thumping and the floor squeezing we barely got any sleep the water didn’t get hot enough at night time , the water in pool was comfortably warm
