Communication with the staff was easy and they were very responsive and also very helpful. The apartment was also equipped well and had lovely Ritual toiletries, fluffy towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Cosy and warm in the wintry weather. Stayed two nights. Only difficulty was understanding dog policy. Hotels.com says dog friendly, but apartment website says no pets. Turns out it’s on a case by case basis and you must contact before arrival to request. Luckily I spotted and called a few days before we arrived. A walkable location which made it nice during the day, evenings, and when leaving for the train. It was an easy check-in and check out process. The only significant downside for me was the small bed. Use to a King, even a Queen would have been nice. Just a few minutes walk will take you to any part of central Belfast. Apartment has full kitchen so you can fully cater for yourself.
