"This hotel could be good but disappointed in several ways, some of which could be improved. The location was good, handy to nearby major roads. Parking was very good. Check-in via the handy external kiosk demanded immediate full payment even though the room had been prepaid (this extra payment was manually refunded after the very helpful manager arrived at 5pm to staff reception). "We arrived at the hotel around 12:20 am, but unfortunately, the gate to the property was closed. It took us over an hour to find a way to enter. Once we managed to get in, we encountered further issues with the self-check-in process as my code did not work. Good stopover- would stay again
"Very happy with this attractive authentic chateau in a very quiet situation easy to locate a short distance from the motorway. We didn’t walk around the grounds or see the pool as it was inclement weather. The room was immaculate albeit very small but it was the least expensive but next time I would upgrade to have a separate bathroom. For an overnight stop it was fine - breakfast was adequate apart from the lack of fresh coffee-only a machine and the coffee from that was not the best. I think it might have contained powdered sweet milk. We were booked into a very nice nearby restaurant so the lack of a restaurant wasn’t a problem- good secure parking. "
