"Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....

"Can't beat the view! Watching the sunset from the deck was as good as it gets. Ryan is a great host and made us feel right at home. Bourbon and Cider are such good boys and made us feel like family!"

"Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value."

"Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!"

"The property was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and easily accessible to Pismo Beach and other areas. The patio outside the downstairs' bedroom could have been cleaner and the yard could have been mowed. It was a nice area but not very clean. Other wise a very pleasant stay."

"The home is what we expected by its posting. We were very comfortable there. It way great for our pups. They had their own space for breaks. Plenty of games and beautiful patio. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. Local to everything we enjoy while in Morro Bay. Easy to check in and out of. Would like to visit here again. "Grand view with fair price. Rooms are spacious, kids love pool table. And adults enjoys hill views. A few issues As other reviewers mentioned, hot bath water are on short supply Bath tub slide doors on 2nd bathroom are stuck and cant shut. Probably more on potentially damaging property than inconvenience for guests Carpet on kids room keep shedding wools, please consider to replace "

"This was perfect for us with our young child and dog. It's a quiet neighborhood, which suited us just perfectly. We choose this as it's close to our family, whom we were visiting. It was a great spot for us and would come back for sure."

"We stayed at this cottage for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Susanne is super friendly and hospitable. The cottage is really comfortable and well-stocked for cooking. The beautifully landscaped private yard is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun. There's so many things nearby to hike and explore. So sad to leave, but can't wait to return!"

"Lovely cozy comfortable suite (with a few quirks), epic deck, great kitchen, and thoughtful hosts on site. I wish they managed the bookings themselves because the communication from the property managers Retreats (via VRBO) was frighteningly terrible, including no emailed info on check-in procedures and a 3 hour delay in response to texts the day of that I sent begging for door code (during a veritable monsoon when it wasn’t safe to be outside). I liked the location and vibe of the place but...
