Nice place but beds are firm

The reasoning for the low quality on comfort is the beds are very firm. I am used to softness so the bed caused my body to ache and didn’t sleep for the two nights we stayed. Overall everything else was very nice.

the hotel and staff were fantastic. Especially Alexis and Miles in the vintage restaurant and bar... I only have a couple minor problems 1. the mini bar didnt have a great selection of adult beverages 2. there was nothing in the bathroom to set toiletries bag on i had to place it on the toilet also no shelf in shower to set razor soap...etc 3. the vintage bar and restaurant is very good high end food but the breakfast buffet was only about a 6.5 i think it should be better at a hotel as nice as the Inn at bay harbor

Outdoor dining was wonderful. Fire pit was relaxing. Pool was perfect. Room was above shipping area with some noise, but fine, though long walk. Next time I will request a quiet room facing water.

Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice, gorgeous views. Bugs were inescapable (due to being on water not due to cleanliness of hotel) making balcony unusable and spending time outside unenjoyable. Hotel very clean but pesky bugs throughout.
