the ocean had red flag the week that we were there but it was still beautiful to see the view
Avoid people with animals unless you don't mind paying them! We only gave a couple of dollars but they normally ask for $40+ for a few pictures.
Not bad except for the constant barrage of vendors.
There was tons of seaweed on the beach. LIKE TONS. You couldn't get into the water without wading through 20 feet of seaweed.
The Algae bloom was really bad this year. This was beyond the control of the resort due to the warm ocean water.
