The location is very convenience, just beside Batam Ferry Centre. The staff at the hotel will very polite and courtesy. The room is clean, and it had a pillow and bolster set. Very thoughtful of them. Its a wonderful stay.

Didn't like having to walk through the dining room to access the gym and pool! Some decking boards around the pool felt unsafe when stepped on. Loved the welcome drink on check in and selection of different foods at breakfast, especially the Indonesian cruisine. Hotel is very walkable from the ferry terminal and Megamall. Overall a great stay!

Perfect hotel getaway! It was a good experience staying at Harris hotel. The staff of the hotel were very good and co-operative. Receptionist staff and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff Mr Prikles also was very friendly and make us feel like home. Love the ambience, and the pool. Definitely coming back again soon! ♥️

There is a swimming pool which is rarely used. I went and realised that it has few safety issues. You can’t get into pool safely. The steps to get into the pool is narrow and slippery. Poor markings re depth. Appreciate if these are sorted as planning to come again next year
