"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "We were in Bardolino for my stepdaughter's wedding. My brother-in-law and his family stayed in the downstairs unit and my husband and other family members stayed in the upstairs unit. It was so wonderful to all be together. There were 18 of us but it didn't feel crowded at all. There was plenty of space to spread out and the balcony with the view was to die for. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!"

"We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

"There were 14 units, a decent size pool, 2 washing machines and a BBQ area. The units were very clean, spacious with air conditioning (a must in 30 degree weather). Views over lake Garda, vineyards and olive trees were amazing. Our family of 4 were very happy here!"

"A nicely equipped 3 BR/3BA apartment located above Bardolino overlooking Lake Garda. The location is a bit remote, requiring a car to get anywhere, but the views are very nice and the accommodations are quite good. It served our group of 6 quite well."

"What a Gem! We were located in our own little separate house, next to the pool. The view was very rural and the house itself so comfortably furnished and with a well equipped Kitchen. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an uplift with better decor.
