Property was very clean and staff were friendly however if you are planning to stay here and travel to Barcelona it is a 20/30 minute walk along a dirt dark path to the train station which then takes another 30mins to get to the city centre. If you're wanting a place to stay for a Barcelona trip I would recommend paying extra to stay somewhere closer. A taxi from the airport is also €70. But the hotel it’s self was very nice and a good place for a stop over.

If we had a car and we were passing through, this would have been a great spot. However, we were taking the metro to the hotel. The walk from the metro to the hotel was long, dark and hot, on a dirt road, or along the freeway. Not safe for four girls imo. Breakfast was great, and the AC did not work ( 34degrees) when we were there. The guys making the coffee, were friendly. The man who was working when we arrived was rude and impatient.

The hotel is very nice and clean. But it is super far from the actual city. 60 euros for the cab ride. No metro that far out of town. We booked on a last minute thing for one day because everything else was booked.

Restaurant food uncovered and flies literally sat on food. Every time room service cleaned room, they did decent job of it, but came back to an annoying fly in room that constantly tried sitting on you. Lift broke down so had to climb stairs. Reception was on cigarette break for check in and when needing entry to car park.

The hotel is fine. The food at the restaurant next to it is great. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it is located next to a highway and it is practically disconnected from the Barcelona train system. The only way to the train system is via a ~1 mile dirt road at the back of the hotel (a little too lonely and somewhat scary, specially for visitors that do not know the safety conditions of the area). The hotel could provide this inexpensive service, but does not provide a ride to this station, so you have to pay a taxi $15 Euros each way, $30 Euros every day, if you can get one. This in my opinion, greatly downgrades the hotel and makes it very uncomfortable for every day vacationing trips to the city. This could be an easy fix (a ride for 1 mile), but you're on your own when it comes to transportation at this hotel.

Only passing through
Spanish Grand Prix weekend stay. Most direct route to/from GP circuit (via AP7) involved paying road toll each way. It is impossible to get to this hotel without paying at least one toll. Not recommended, use only for one night if 'passing through'. Staff very friendly. Facilities very limited and bedroom toilet now in my top five smallest hotel bathrooms, ever!

Motorway Hotel
This hotel is very good only problem is that it is on the southbond AP7 motorway service station. If you are the opposite direction, you have to leave on the none secured car park and carry your luggage via bridge, or you can continue to the next exit No 25 (not mentioned) , pay 2.40 EUR, when pay again 2.40 EUR and go back. There is no mention the name Sercotel Hotel and it has no connection to Castelbisball. WE drived around 2 houras to find the hotel as we arrived by A2 motorway. The service station food is horrible, so You hae to drive gain, pay the motorway fee. Good eaiting is in Martorell.
