"Location was great! Safe, convenient underground parking. Easy to go do really anything out and about in Banff, bus stop is right there and you’re on the strip. Our room was okay, nothing wrong just expected a little more for what I paid. Especially because we were on ground level, paid for a mountain view just to have the curtains closed the whole time as people on the street could see in. "I love the layout of the room. Very convenient place to stay after a long hours of drive before heading home. We went there to celebrate as well our 10th year anniversary. A little bit disappointed when I told the hotel few days before we check in that we are celebrating our anniversary and they said "will do our best to make your stay extra especial" but seems liked an ordinary stay. But overall it was a good stay. "

"The view is spectacular!! Loved that it wasn't in the town of Banff and didn't require the driving hassles with that. Shuttle service etc very convenient. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast at the Bistro - highly recommend - though children didn't have any suitable options (under 10) so bring your own food or snacks. Overall a bit pricey but on par with Banff pricing and the view, hot tub and dining made it worthwhile. "
