After a long journey from NY, we were just looking for a place to shake off any jet lag and not have to go anywhere. This place was perfect for us. 24 hour restaurant, pool and beach. Very relaxing, great staff and just a nice environment. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay. Only negative was that breakfast items did not change so by day 5 of a 7 day stay, we were a bit over breakfast. Other than that, a lovely break in a nice hotel

The property sits in a perfect spot for the beautiful sunrise, I enjoyed every sunrise that I stayed at the hotel. However the property itself is kind of outdated and needs more improvements in order to attract the return customers.

Lovely clean hotel with great staff.

Lovely hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. We got a large clean refurbished room with balcony that faced the sea. We had the all inclusive package which was well worth it. 24 hour a la carte restaurant as well as buffet lunches and dinners and a fine dining restaurant all included. Full drinks package with a large selection of cocktails also included. Great pool with plenty of loungers and also a private beach with loungers.

Very relaxing. Nice staff always very helpful and attentive. Food was abundant, The Kitchen, I would say it was a little too much food. Great pool and bars. Evening entertainment was culturally pleasing.

This is a unique and very friendly hotel. Good food and excellent staff. I did not like their arrangements for a large group of Muslim guests. We were in effect segregated

Property is clean but a bit tired. Staff were excellent and friendly.The room had a very hard bed and we had to get massages to relax back and neck.The pool was great, breakfast was good but there are better places to stay in nusa dua. The shower was poor had no pressure and had to chase the water to get wet. It was ok but nothing special at all but again the staff were excellent. Won’t be staying there again

Okay stay. Negatives: room was damp and clammy, tiles everywhere are incredibly slippery, staff are friendly however at price point don’t expect to have to chase reception after booking and waiting half an hour to be let into our room and given our luggage, also don’t expect to have to retrieve luggage from luggage room when leaving. Positives: good menu at restaurant, good breakfast, spacious rooms and nice towels and bathroom products Probably won’t stay again and if I did it would be for a couple of nights

A large luxurious room kept very clean. The beautiful, swimmable beach and the pool both have plenty of shade and loungers. The all-inclusive food and drink was great. From the omelette station in the morning to the poolside daiquiri to the local beer. The minibar was always refilled but that beer was not as good and no coke only coke zero. The 'kitchen' alacarte meals are good but the 'garden' buffets for lunch and dinner were excellent.
