Not what we expected for previous experience.

Without a smart phone we would have not got in. A reception without reception! Had to ring a contact. Room clean and reasonable condition. Exterior was grubby. Have booked another hotel for our featuring journey.

Room was clean. Bed was propped up at the base with wooden blocks. Saying that the bed was comfortable. Shower was over a corner spa which was awkward at our age to get in. Shower head didn't work properly.

Friendly and accommodating staff who are great with communication. Room was really pleasant to stay in - air conditioning made the 36° day last week actually bearable, the room was way bigger than I thought it would be, the windows let in a lot of natural light which was really nice, the bed was really comfortable to sleep in, I had a large desk with a lamp that I could utilise and a large kitchen table with comfortable chairs was better quality than most places I have stayed at. Really liked the place and felt welcomed and greatful to the kindness of the staff for being so accomidating towards me and my multiple extensions stays
