Our room was very nice. Great size and comfy beds. Great location to restaurants and to the Laguna. Restaurants that I recommend close by is Mr. Tacos and for breakfast I recommend Finisterre. La Playita is also a great please to eat for lunch and dinner. Bacalar is a gorgeous place.

El hotel siempre esta impecable. Daniel y todo el staff son siempre muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Por mucho el mejor hotel costo beneficio. La zona no es las mejor, estéticamente hablando, pero definitivamente la mas céntrica, todo te queda cerca. Lastima que no tenia mas noches disponibles si no me hubiera quedado mas tiempo.

Muy bueno, lo recomiendo

Todo muy bien, hice la reserva algunas semanas antes y no me cobraron en la App entonces iba con miedo a llegar y no tener habitación o que me salieran con enormes cargos sorpresa pero no nada de eso. La atención de los muchachos fue muy buena en todo momento, el hotel en general es muy bonito y agradable, la habitación muy muy bien, lo único que pediría es que cambiaran las sábanas hacen que la cama se vea muy bien pero son incómodas.
