Beautiful hotel took my girlfriend for her birthday and she was so in love with the property and already wanting to come back. Staff was very friendly, rooms extremely clean, and the best part so quite I didn’t hear any of my neighbors almost like the whole floor was reserved for us. Amazing stay highly recommend.

Love love their spa menu options. Lovely and relaxing. Restaurant is top notch. Bartenders need to be trained not to ask aloud for guests’ room numbers when opening or closing tabs as it is a safety issue not only for women but also for men. Pen and paper will suffice.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Hotel Viata, a place that perfectly blended rustic charm with contemporary design. The location was absolutely scenic, offering breathtaking views that were a true delight to wake up to each morning. The complimentary gift upon arrival was a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel even more special. I would definitely recommend Hotel Viata to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This place is really a hidden gem in Austin. It’s always quiet, clean, comfortable with great service However… this time…the service at the restaurant is really, really slow. Takes too long for food to come out. I ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner they always seem to be under staffed. Hope that improves in the future.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful property that reminded us of an Italian villa. We used the spa, the pool and hot tub and had the best sleep and space to spread out as a family of 4. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel.

I like the decor and architecture of the hotel. We didn’t get to use the facilities much because we were there for less than 24 hours, however, we didn’t like that we couldn’t enjoy the courtyard at the time because it was closed due to being reserved for a wedding venue.

The hotel was great and check in was amazing, as was the cleanliness of the room. The only downside was the restaurant. It was really good but for as little patrons, the service was super slow. When they were there, they were great… but sometimes hard to get someone. Food was good - salad and dessert were incredible!

Customers should be aware that parking is in a garage that has 7 foot clearance. Any high ceiling vehicles would be a problem. Property around the building paths should be cleaned from trash. People and inside building are great.

I didn’t spend most of my time at the room, so I don’t have too much input aside from the fact that the view is amazing. Room was clean and staff were all very kind. Vallet as well. Always within 5 minutes.

Very clean, very intricate. Polite staff and the place feels safe and secluded. The food (for the price) is not great AT ALL. Mediocre at best. The sound carries a little bit too loud in the hallways for my taste but others might not notice. And you're almost forced to use valet parking unless you a triathlete and you enjoy walking a 1/4 mile to your vehicle. Otherwise...a very enjoyable stay. If my critiques don't bother you, then I definitely recommend.

Short one night stay. First time at this property. Pros: We really liked the location, grounds, surrounding areas, nestled amongst rolling hills felt very peaceful. And the room (suite) we had was very spacious, a great value for the price. Cons: Rooms could use some updating, service was average. Most staff were quite nice just very slow. We ate downstairs and enjoyed the ambience with live music in the bar area but, again, the service was quite slow, and the menu was lacking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and said we’d try again, but next time will dine off property for dinner, and hope for a bit more attentive service.
