TLDR: Staff was incredibly careless. Save your money.
For one, I was arriving on the evening after my wedding. I had been told beforehand that if I had champagne and a small decoration delivered before I arrived that it would be set in my room to surprise my wife. Instead it was on the front counter when I got there (the stuff arrived at 5pm and I arrived at 7pm) and the front desk attendant just handed the bag to me. When I asked why he didn’t follow through with the request he just said the room wasn’t ready when the stuff arrived so he just didn’t do it (why wasn’t the room ready at 5 when check in was at 4?). Housekeeping did a poor job and then if I needed anything I had to call the front desk 3-5 times to get an answer. Then the day before check out I was out and about with my wife and got a message in error from the hotel saying that check out was at 11 and my bags would be held at the front desk. You can imagine the worry this caused when it took 4 calls to the front desk before someone finally answered and corrected the error. Then there was the valet. The young man running the valet during the day was as nice and polite as could be. When we had to leave early Monday morning, though (to make a flight), the night valet wouldn’t answer the phone and I couldn’t get my car. I then called the front desk and surprise she didn’t answer, but when I went upstairs she was sitting on the couch by the desk ignoring the phone. Save your money or stay somewhere else.
