Due to a change in a business meeting, I had to cancel this hotel stay but did so a month prior yet this hotel would not refund me any portion. If their reputation is so bad, their financial situation so desperate, that they are unable to rent this room in that length of time, and they have to resort to such a tactic, I can only deduce the facility is a poor choice

Hello sir. You made this reservation through Expedia on 4/18/24 at 9:08am. The rate code you selected has a cancellation policy of all cancellations being charged the full cost of the stay. This reservation still shows as a valid reservation on Expedia, that it is not cancelled as you state. You were charged one night's charges by the hotel, as a no show. Since you paid Expedia directly for your reservation, you need to speak with them but you did agree to a no-cancel reservation.

Definitely not a 4* hotel, it was old and grubby in much need of an overall renovation. There was no restaurant available on site as it was being renovated.

We are looking forward to the new restaurant opening, but they are operating the bar while renovations are happening. Austin is full of great restaurants, many of which offer delivery. Our staff is always happy to assist our guests with navigating these things. Wish you would consider another stay.

Service was great, our room we thought had an AC problem (it did not) but we were moved right away with no hesitation! Place is so close to many bars and restaurants, went to an event at moody center and it was super close as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I like the staff, they were helpful with resolving the issue with the bathtub we had. Didnt like that the bathtub was not cleaned at all. The amount of black long hair I found in the tub as well as the tiles around the bathtub was disgusting.

Staff was very friendly. We had to wait to check in, but we were an hour early and our room was not ready. My wife asked if we could get another room after waiting for 45 minutes and ee were given another room. Hotel had the best complimentary breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed in, ever.

Check in was nice and easy. Guy in front desk was super nice and helpful. Loved that I had parking right in front of my hotel room. Hotel was 10 minutes from 3Ten ACL. Easy drive. Property was nice and quiet. I felt safe. Check out was easy and fast as well!

Only 2 issues....Construction below our room. Hammers at 8am two of the 3 mornings. Lighting is the 2nd. Our room and all the hallways are so dark. I tripped over so many times because the combination of black carpet with poor lighting.

I love the motel. The only issue is that we were on the side of i35 and it is pretty loud. If you are anyplace else on the property it is fine. Also, the curtains do not fully close and being on the side the sun is pretty bright in the morning. Again anyplace else on the property not on the i35 eastern side is good. Have stayed there several times.

The front desk staff was so kind and helpful I can’t remember his name but I believe he was a manager of some kind, I told him it was my first time in Austin and he gave me an amazing low down of the essential good times. The hotel is so cute aesthetically, sadly I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area but it was lively during the day and relaxing at night. If you have your own car it’s so close to everything, and ride services are a breeze. It’s also pet friendly with a fairly inexpensive fee!

We got a warm Texas welcome and all staff were excellent from reception to breakfast room. I unfortunately had a sentimental necklace fall off and the staff showed concern and helped me look. Unfortunately we didn’t find it - hope the person who did enjoys it because it was made by my son. Sterling silver.

Unique boutique hotel. Would have been amazing if the restaurant was open. It is under construction so hopefully will be open in the future. The $14 snack and beverage credit consisted of a bag containing can of water, chocolate candy bar and bag of chips. Disappointing. But the breakfast buffet was great. Waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. I would stay there again especially if the restaurant is open

It’s a great little place but the dining room was out of commission (new restaurant on the way). Our scheduled housekeeping didn’t occur. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful, pool area is a delight.
