"The stay here was great. It was a very clean condo and mostly comfortable. The only thing was that the bed could have been a little more soft, but that is my preference. Everything else was perfect. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions."

The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. They accepted the money then stated they forgot about my rental. Do not rent from this owner! However so far CRBO is backing up their promise."

Small apartment but had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately the listing did not say it was on the 2nd floor. I am disabled and my mother in law is 80. "Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean. "We stayed over Mother's Day weekend. It was a lovely house with two large family areas and TVs in every room and access to our streaming apps. We were disappointed the yard was not mowed w/tall weeds. Some of the deck is starting to fall apart. It wasn't suitable for the 3-year-old to run around in. "A group of dance moms and teens stayed the weekend for a competition close by. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and supplies needed for sleeping and making meals. It was super clean and felt safe. Rachel was so pleasant and accommodating as well as easy to reach when needed through texts. Definitely would stay here again."
