Limited but friendly attentive staff. Clean and updated from the bottom up. The area around the hotel was under constuction. There were homeless campsites under the bridge near the entrance to the lobby. The homeless are plentiful in the city like every other city. They are usually harmless but an eyesore for some. There were plenty of museums, attractions and restaurants nearby. I liked the hotel overall. Reverb is unique and refreshing from the lobby to the lighting.

I didn’t like there was no microwave or small fridge in the room which was an inconvenience cause the drinks I bought to put in the fridge to stay cool was pointless and to use the microwave in the amenity area was just too far away.
