The hotel was close to downtown, which is what I needed for a conference. Although the hotel was old, the room was clean and housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget friendly room in the downtown Phoenix area.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful. We were there for the NYY vs DBacks game and it was just the place we needed to rest. Parking is a bit crowed but not too bad.

This property is perfect if you’re a young adult needing an affordable place to stay in Downtown PHX. Me and my fiancé stayed here for a concert at Mortgage Matchup Center, and was the PERFECT location for our stay. Walking distance from the venue, right in the middle of downtown for the perfect night life vibe. As far as i’m concerned, I’ve found my new place to stay for all downtown PHX concerts. Property staff was very friendly, bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, overall very good stay!

Decent spot. needed a place for a concert and was only in PHX for 2 days so it did the job! place was fairly clean. There was a burnt cigarette mark on the phone which was funny. Only thing threw me off was when staff thought we checked out already and barged in our door. This caused the deadbolt to break off.

This place doesn’t look great from the outside, but the rooms are refurbished and are really nice! It seems like a bit of a work in progress, but the bed was great, the bathroom is new and clean. Very happy with my stay!
