We had a very brief stay but it was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and even funny, which made checking in a breeze and set a positive tone for my stay. The room was comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy.
Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our short visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service. Would definitely return!
Friendly and helpful service. Comfortable bed. Room had lovely view. 10 min walk to the sea and 15 minute walk from most of the restaurants. Nice roof top area for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
Hotel is fine. Worked for our family of 5 - decent place to rest for the night. Beds are comfortable and clean. Shower has hot water and great pressure, although they really need to fix the doors so that water doesn’t run everywhere. If you need a clean room on a budget, this is your place.
It’s a new hotel so it’s in a very good condition. Upon check-in, Mr. Nader gave me an upgrade and breakfast. The room was cosy and clean with a view of the Red Sea. Breakfast was delicious. The location was great - about 5 mins walk to Aqaba Castle and the beach, shops, restaurants and others. I’m happy with my choice of hotel. Thank you Mr. Nader

The breakfast was not good and limited to few items
Horrible experience. Mosquitos in room. No air condition. Noise all night. Small room. Small elevator. Bad customer service. Left early and they promised a refund and then refused to refund later on. DO NOT BOOK here.

On our second day we made our way to the rooftop for breakfast. There was no breakfast there so we went to reception and asked why. The receptionist said that they were having the kitchen renovated so we would have to walk to the sister hotel for breakfast. I explained that we should have been notified of any planned works and disruption before we arrived and given the option to change our plans. She just said sorry. We walked to the sister hotel and I raised the same points to the manager there, he just said sorry too. We would have cancelled and booked a different hotel had we know of this planned disruption before we left the uk

We stayed in the Panoramic Townhome, which is basically two hotel rooms, not connected, each with a king-sized bed and a twin bed. The room looked like the photos and was nice. The Expedia description says that the Panoramic Townhome has a sea view, but apparently some do and some don’t. We were assigned a room without, and the hotel said they had no sea views available and would not discount the room, as they consider that it was Expedia’s problem, not theirs. The map on the Expedia description gave a completely different location, but luckily I found this before I went. There were other inconsistencies on Expedia as well. The pool was very small and very cold, and the window was too dirty to see the view, but the view from the rest of the terrace was very nice, and this is also where breakfast is served. The breakfast was very basic Arab breakfast, with a couple of odd dishes thrown in. Curb appeal was lacking, kind of a storefront deal with a lighted sign that blinked fast.
