From the point of check-in, it was very clear that the staff were very uptight and unwelcoming. Nobody helped us with our luggage into our room, despite them helping other people. Moreover, the Wi-Fi did not working at all during our 6 day stay. What rubbish service is this? I have never been to a hotel whose Wi-Fi didn’t work! When I went to reception to ask about this, the extremely rude lady with the scary looking makeup kept serving others and ignoring me, when she finally had the time to serve me she was so so rude! I honestly can’t believe how rude, uptight and unprofessional she was. Did not care at all, didn’t even say hi and just said “Wi-Fi problem”, not even an apology or a timeframe to when it will be fixed. I can see that reception rudeness is a common complaint amongst other reviewers too. Staff didn’t even say bye when we checked out. Perhaps this hotel needs to teach their uncivilised staff how to have basic manners. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Hello dear guest Sana,We, as the management, followed your c-in procedures, you were informed about all the necessary hotel during c-in, but you wanted to take the suitcases to your room on your own request, we wanted to help you, but you wanted to go to the room without waiting. Unfortunately we couldn't do anything about it. There was a wifi issue, but that's not an issue with us. Due to the update works of the wifi provider company, our hotel has suffered. We took action as soon as possible to resolve this and made all necessary upgrades. but the wifi provider company fixed the problem within a few days. we never ignored you, we were never rude. We just tried to explain the situation to you clearly. Our efforts to solve the wifi problem continued uninterrupted. However, we could not find any clear information on when it will be resolved. Unfortunately, we could not give you clear information. We didn't do anything serious to apologize. but we still apologize to you. we want you to leave happy. but you used harsh language in your comments because of wifi network. you have to believe we made all the effort for wifi. We would like to see you again in our hotel for a new stay. We will be waiting for you to open a new page. bye

The room and bathroom were small. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed and not enough spare to put things. The hotel is in a good location nice restaurants just 2 minutes walk.

The Hotel services were good, though, the Furniture provided was missing the drawers for the Dressing Table, and Bed Side Tables. Besides the Room (Suite) layout was rather strange, and inconvenient.

Let Elips hotel your address in Antalya
Well our stay was good, quiet hotel and room, the hotel location is good , the rooms size is big as stated in the website, the breake fast was great multi choices and deleciouse, all the staff are friendly and cooperated, the reciption manager Mrs. Asuman she was great and work hardly to serving the guests. The prices are good and worth it The hotel need to increase the workers numbers , and to increas lights in the lobby area to be more bright and cheerful to the soul.

This was may 2nd stay in this hotel. I can say that it was similar to the old stay 2 years earlier. This time I booked a room for 4 persons. But on check in they informed me that they only have rooms for 3. So they added another bed mattress on the earth. the breakfast wasn't that great but it is fine. The location is not within any touristic activities. the staff is nice & friendly but their poor English speaking made things harder. Hotels are so expensive in Antalya, so, for such a price it seems ok to select this hotel.

Hello dear guests, our corridors are ventilated and disinfected at regular intervals. The lack of toilet paper in our hotel is unacceptable. You could call the reception at any time. our reception staff could send it to you instantly. If you do not leave a cleaning sign in your rooms, none of the staff can enter your room without permission and cannot leave toilet paper. Air conditioners undergo weekly and monthly maintenance. You may have run the air conditioner in the wrong program. We could not find your fault record for this. Thank you for staying with us. stay happy. respect

As a hotel, we do and inspect every single detail of our work and cleaning during this pandemic period. We will consider the issue you mentioned, but still, we have never had such a bad odor complaint in our hotel. first time you said this. When our sheets expire, a new one is opened immediately. Such a mistake is unacceptable. While the process is difficult due to covid-19, we really do everything carefully and carefully. Hotel was poor condition, advertised a bar, which was a fridge behind a table, No alcohol, but could go get you own from shop and take back, however no corkscrew, no glasses & no ice (we also had to buy from local shop)- this hotel not set up for evening drinks. Car Park was closed, so parking was on nearest road. A good 30mins walk to the old town, breakfast was ok, and plenty of selection. Best thing about the hotel was the coffee. Luckily we were only there for one night, else i think we would have regretted booking the hotel.

Alcohol is not sold in our hotel, but you can buy it from outside and use it in your hotel room. If you had informed the reception about corkscrew and ice, the reception could have provided them to you immediately. Vehicles up to the capacity are taken from our hotel car park. You could also entrust us with vehicles with excess capacity, we could park them safely in the areas we use, and you could also inform the reception about this issue. We would like to see you leave satisfied because we continue our services to see that you leave our hotel satisfied. oldtown is at most 20 minutes away from us. we are city center hotel this is normal. you wouldn't regret it, you can trust us in everything, but you could have a dialogue with us through the reception.thank you for staying with us. we hope to see you again. happy Days

Great staff and a fair location
Although the hotel was not really close to the centre most of the ammenities were within a short walk. The breakfast facilities were excellent. Beds were really comfortable.

The worst hotel ive been in. The staff are rude. No manners whats so ever. I asked if i could book an extra day they said the hotel was full i went online and there was rooms available. When i first checked in they told me to leave the bags and to come back at 2 whilst they clean the rooms and they’ll take the bags upstairs.. i came back at 5pm and the bags was still at the entrance. Overall my experience at elips hotel was shocking and i do not recommend it to anyone

They advertised the swimming pool when booking advised no pool due to covid when checking. Very good breakfast and nice rooms

I paid for four beds as we were four people but upon arrival they told us that they cannot give us four beds and we will have to stay in three, my booking through hotel.com clearly mentioned that we are 4 people but they kept saying that they do not do 4 beds, the manager was not on site the staff tried to contact him but no show, no response The Sauna and swimming pool was shut due to covid-19 which is Understandable but they should clearly mention that on their website or any other sites that they have their ads up on.
