Merhabalar Mustafa bey, Odalarımızın temizliği ile ilgili bir sorun vardı ise eğer yönetime başvurabilirdiniz, başvurmayıp iki gün kalabildi iseniz, kirli bir oda ve banyodan bahsedemezsiniz, çünkü kimse bu şartlarda konaklamaz, yönetim ilgilenir bir aksaklık olursa zaten oda değişimine gidilir, eğer böyle bir iddianız var ise fotoğraf paylaşabilirdiniz, odalarımız markasını veremediğimiz d..... y ürünleri ile temizlenmekte olup covid önlemleri bitmiş olmasına rağmen hala günlük olarak dezenfekte edilmektedir. Konaklamanızdan memnun kalmadığına üzüldük ama, aksaklıklar olağan şeyler her yerde olabiliyor ama dediğiniz gibi hemen düzeltiliyor, Burası 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil ve ücret politikası da ona göre, 5 yıldızlı otellerde bile suya para öderken bizim gibi otellerden suyu ücretsiz talep ediyorsunuz, Kahvaltı konusunda ise kahvaltı standart TÜRK KAHVALTISI dır aynen de saydığınız ürünlerden oluşmaktadır, sizin ne beklediğinizi anlayamadık, otelin konumu tam da koordinatlarda belirttiğimiz gibidir ne eksik ne fazla, hiçbir eşyamız eski değildir otel zaten 4 yıllık bir otel ve 2 yıl pandemi dönemi geçirilmiş nasıl eski olabilir? Tekstillerimiz ise sene başında yenilemiş olup faturaları mevcuttur. bizce siz ne istediğinizi bilmeyen bir müşterisiniz. şehiriçi otelden tatil oteli beklentisine girmemek gerek, ödenen oda ücreti ortadayken fiyat fayda dengesine bakmalısınız.

Yataklarımız henüz 2 senelik ve ortopediktir herkesin yataktaki konfor standardı yumuşak ya da sert olma gibi aynı olmadığı için rahat edememiş olabilirsiniz. Klimalar konusunda da klimalarımızın hepsi yeni olup hem sessizlik hem de performans açısından en üst kalitedir, ve odalarda çalışmayan herhangi bir aksam bulunmamaktadır, herhangi bir arıza durumunda da derhal müdahale edilmektedir., ödediğiniz fiyatlarımız oldukça uygun olup, ödediğiniz fiyata daha alt segmentler de bir otel ya da pansiyonda konaklayabilirsiniz. Daer Tonia sorry for the cigarette smell.We ask always the guests for smoking and give the rooms according to their choices.But some guests change mind after check in and smoke in the room.We ventilate all rooms after check out but some smell remain probably.We will take care about your thoughts.Hope to see you again
