Had a great stay here, was very clean, and with an amazing view to soak up the turkish culture. The balcony was a very good size for 2 people, had chairs to rest on and a table. I recommend this hotel for people that want to experience how bright this city is

This is potentially a very good accommodation let down by fowl smell from bathroom which spread to rest of apartment , I believe it is due to sewage issue , the other issue is being on 5 th floor with escalator only going to 4 th floor making it unsuitable for families with children or disable persons , the bed mattress was not clean , location is excellent and check in was excellent and the staff were helpful .

Room size is nice but the things inside it are dirty. The bathroom smells bad all the time…bedroom window is broken and we kept hearing everything from outside. We asked if we can change the room and the answer was a no. The last thing is that the elevator does not work well. Location is perfect but would never go back to the same hotel. Honest opinion.

The property is in central of Antalya city close to many amenities and also close to sea side.taxi at the foot step to airport. Staff at the property are very helpful, am looking forward to visit and stay at the hotel

The place wasn’t clean, the shower was falling apart, right next to a taxi station that tried to forcibly get me to ride with them that I later learned was a mafia location

Antsun is conveniently located next to Old Town, so easy to get out and explore. Staff was quick to respond to our requests when we had them. There is a taxi stand out front, so you can always get where you need to go. Lots of options for food and drink nearby. The laundry machine in the room was very handy to have.

Room is tidy and clean except for the kitchen cooking utensils. It is stated that there is free off-site parking within 14ft but there is none. The staff first told us there is some parking near the hotel that we could use, and asked us to park at nearby parking garage and costs TL80 per night. The false information about free parking bring inconvenience for people who are driving. No room service. The entrance of the hotel is in a shared building and the reception is on 2/F which requires taking one floor of stairs to the elevator. Need to take one floor of steps to the top floor as well. Room condition is satisfactory but we really didn’t like how it gave false information about the parking.

Great people & location, not the best conditions.
I booked an elite apartment but we were initially put into a classic apartment. The receptionist was extremely nice and immediately switched us over to the correct apartment. The AC was not working our first night and they didn’t have a fan to help with the insane heat in Antalya. The electrician the next was able to fix it while we were at the beach. Not the best kitchen for cooking but we made it work. The people who work there are insanely nice, but we kind of jus had problem after problem. The view is insane, the bed is super comfy, really spacious place for jus us two. Great location, we were only a 10 min walk from the Mermali beach which was 300 lira for 2 people right by the water with beds to lay on and people serving us all day. Amazing restaurants right above the beach.

Dirty room ants are there no one ask for clean the room our five nights stay shower hanging. Night staff very very rude and can’t speak English. I am over years of age travel a lot of countries and stayed in different hotels this was my worst ever experience😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dirty stairs. Smoking smell. Disappointed to get room without balcony as reserved room with balcony. Occupied for others. Rubbish smell in streets. But room looks good.

Had an elite apartment and they have wxcellent balconies and views . The property needs some work and thwre are good and not so good aspect about this property. Location Excellent near marina trams and bazar , Shops restaurants Mark Antalya all to hand.The apartment block has 24 apartmentsi belive some have no ecxternal views so be careful what you book .I had a shower room needs finishing. Window missing but OK pressure unless water was off. fixtures could be better fitted. Kitchen lounge nice sofa very small TV only BBC news if you need more its not availble.AC unit excellent . Cooking facilities very basic cutlery very cheap and didnt like . No knives. No cups few plates bowls two pots on 2 plate stove. Small fridge and washing machine all seemed quite new. Again snag list is just crazy and needs urgent attention I did tell them this . I . Its a shame as could be excellent it didn't affect my stay. Power would trip often lift would break down constantly and they advise upgradws and fixes were being done. Fire alarms were installed in the halways whilst i was there and they said electic upgrade in the aprtmnent was happening on my departure. Bedroom had excellent AC double patio balcony 2 broken chairs 2 dining chairs no table.2 wardrobes and vanity area . Couple of tables in bed area . Bed was very firm and I liked . Lighting is only overhead and so bright throughout its fine having no lamps or pictures but dimmer switch would be welcomed Overall it just lacks any fine

Great team, centrally located & amazing comforts
I think this apart-hotel is very under-rated. It was in such an ideal location right on the border of Old Town that you don't get the late-noise and also to the Old Bazaar and shopping districts. The room was exceptionally clean and was so convenient with a powerful AC that I had to use the big comfortable duvet. My kettle stopped working and the team kindly helped to replace this, also checking in if I needed anything to let them know to help. There were a few minor items in general but it was all easily solved, especially if you are looking for the comforts of an apartment and not a hotel that this was modestly perfect. My room faced an inner courtyard but they fortunately put me on the top floor that I had a lot of privacy while I was traveling for work (anticipate that you will need to climb a set of stairs before you reach the baseline elevator - I enjoyed this as it was good exercise but maybe challenging for anyone with mobility issues). Upon checking out, the team kindly offered to hold my bag and also told me to sit in their office to relax until my next travel plans. I had wanted to extend but unfortunately there was no availability! This was a perfect stay if you need a home away from home comforts.

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet. Also auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Leider war es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so. Wenn das Hotel mehr darauf achtet.. wäre es eine eine gute Sache. Einkaufen und Bars in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days, we had a sea view, which was very nice. The location was very good, restaurants and markets are 5 minutes away. Beaches were also nearby. The staff was very kind and their hospitality was superb. They offered us their best room to stay while we were 6 hours earlier to check in, without any costs. The room has every facility you need to have a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel. The lady of the reception was a very kind person.
