my husband and i finished this villa on november 2018, is located in Anse Marcel in the French side, overlooking the beach.

the villa is located at 5 minutes from Orient Beach and Pinel island. The house is 220 volts but now everybody has usb port so the house is equipped with usb plugs.

She is spacious and modern with her private swimming pool and heated for winter time. This villa has a single master bedroom, ideal for a romantic getaway with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy your holidays in a small paradise. This villa is ideal and made for renewal vow wedding or romantic escape , honey moon.
You will be on a private property overlooking the sea with all convenience.
one suggestion rent a 4 wheel drive car for the island and for anse marcel.

You have a nice living room with 3 large windows with mosquito screen in case you need and rolling shutters.
One huge sofa with a 82 inch TV with Sonos system. You have also a relaxing side with 2 arm beach chairs always facing the ocean., and 4 in the fruit garden
There is a pacman machine for fun
The open kitchen is fully equipped and great to share time with your dear ones, enjoy cocktails with a nice bar with 5 stoolschairs andalso i know i already said it but it is true, facing the ocean.
Outside you have a cover patio for dinning with a possibility of 8 seats.

This special place is located in Anse Marcel, a beautiful area and always facing the ocean and the swimming pool.
You can relax by the pool on the sun beach chairs or sit on the comfortable outside sejour sofa to read a book or in the floating beds.
The master bedroom facing the ocean, she has a king size bed,with a dressing for him and for her not forgetting the bathroom with her Italian shower.
a nice garden with fruit trees:
mango, avocado, guava, corrossol and passion fruits depending on the season.
She has also a huge window with mosquito screen rolling shutters and curtains. You have also a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer, iron and ironing board.
Down the hill you have restaurants ,bars grocery shop and brand new 1O boutiques to make some shopping and this only walking distance.

This was our 2nd stay at this property, and we booked our 3rd before we left. As far as we're concerned it's very close to perfect. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are very spacious and comfortable. The views are amazing from every room, even the shower! There is complete privacy on the pool deck, and a very nice Sonos sound system throughout the entire property. Floating in the pool,listening to music, and enjoying the view is as relaxing as it can get 😎!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Anse Marcel. It was just as pictured. Beautiful views, heated pool, kitchen was well stocked, quiet neighborhood, check in was easy, and Stephanie was quick to respond to any inquiries we had! The location is perfect nestled up on the hillside. The villa faces north overlooking the bay. It is about a 10 minute walk to town where you will find a convenience store, a few shops, restaurants, and the beach. There is also a few hiking trails within walking distance from the house! If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it!

The villa exceeded our expectations and was our favorite thing about St. Martin. The view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the Anse Marcel location was pleasant, and the pool was a welcome bonus. We suggest that Stephanie provide a pair of binoculars so guests can better appreciate the surroundings. Guests should be aware that the Anse Marcel roads narrow and steep and that they should bring bottled water with them to the villa.

Property and photos were just as presented, great location for us. a bit of a challenge in the drive over to Anse Marcel. Driveway up to villa challenging, four wheel drive a good idea. Kitchen and amenities were perfect.

Perfect villa
The.villa was clean, very spacious, and the view is amazing. The layout is perfect so that anywhere you are, you have that view-even in the shower which was so nice! We loved having the option to sit in the sun or shade by the pool as well as a large covered area with seating for relaxing (the the sound system was excellent for that also!). The location was great for us to walk down to the beach area (we rented beach chairs and ordered lunch) but also a short drive to Orient beach and others. Stephanie was very responsive to our questions before we arrived as well as throughout the trip. We used the chef she recommended and would definitely do that again. We had Laura one night and Quentin the other night and both provided great food and such a nice experience! If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay I would highly recommend Stephanie’s villa. She also has two condos next door that you could rent if you have friends or family you want to include. There’s plenty of room at the villa to gather and everyone has their own place for privacy. We plan to do that when we return!

This was by far the coolest place we’ve ever stayed! The view was amazing, and the villa had everything we could hope for to make our vacation incredible. The outdoor space and pool was where we spent most of our time and we loved going out for the day and then getting home to happy hour here! We had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at this beautiful villa. Stephanie was the perfect host. She communicated everything perfectly and was there if we needed anything but gave us our privacy. It was nice knowing she was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. The villa is spotless and is full of all the amenities we needed. The heated pool overlooking the Anse Marcel bay/ marina was amazing. Breathtaking views! Best rental ever!
We just got back from 8 nights in paradise. Stephanie was a great host, she was always available to answer our questions about the house, and its systems. This house is the perfect place for a relaxing, romantic getaway. It was immaculately clean, and very well furnished. All the rooms are large and bright and have amazing views. The outdoor living space is huge, and well designed. Plenty of shade or sun, for whatever mood you’re in. The sound system and tv are both top notch as well. The pool is great, big enough for 2 people to lounge on floats without feeling remotely crowded. It’s easy to see that a considerable amount of thought, and $$,went into designing and building this property. Well done!!

Wonderful Escape
Staying in Stephanie's villa was a fantastic in every way. The home is modern and immaculately clean. We loved the inside layout; plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom and living room. The outside was nothing short of spectacular! The view is mesmerizing from both the sitting areas and the wonderful pool. This is the total package for a relaxing island getaway. To top is all off, Stephanie is a a wonderful host. We have stayed in many vacation rentals with very good hosts and Stephanie is now on the very top of our list. Her hospitality sets an unbeatable standard. A huge thanks to her for everything! We have stayed on the island in a different villa, and we have stayed on many other islands in many different villas. This one is the best of the bunch. Thoughtfully constructed, modern, functional and comfortable. As others have pointed out, the owner is both gracious, helpful and professional. A real class act all around - friendly and just a good person. I fear we may not be able to rent this villa soon as the word gets out. It will fill up quickly, no doubt. It is perfect for couples looking for a quiet, private and romantic stay. We will be back.

Exceptional property in Anse Marcel St. Martin
The property was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property owner, Stephanie, was wonderful to work with and immediately responded to any questions we had. Stephanie was there to greet us upon our arrival and walk us through the property and explain all amenities. Our stay was for 2 weeks and Stephanie arranged house keeping around our schedule. What fantastic host and home, we can’t wait to return next year. The best VRBO rental we have ever experienced.

Fantastic Property
My wife and I rented this property for a much needed anniversary get away. We could not have been more pleased. The house is as beautiful if not more beautiful than the photographs. Everything feels sleek and high end. It is incredibly well maintained and equipped. We found it easy to cook meals in the kitchen when we did not feel like going out. Stephanie is a wonderful and responsive, yet unintrusive host. The property is on a beautiful, quiet part of the island. The views from the pool and outdoor space are breathtaking. There is a really high quality lunch restaurant and beach club three minutes down the hill. We enjoyed renting beach loungers and relaxing there with delicious food and drink options. There are three wine stores and a full service grocery store with a 10 minute drive. We could not conceive of a more perfect and romantic spot to decompress with the one you love.

My husband and I could not have had a more magical stay in Anse Marcel. House was pristine, beautiful views, private, and relaxing. The location was ideal - walkable to the incredible Anse Marcel beach resort for lunch (highly recommend!) & quick drive to Baie Orientale, Grand Case, ferry to Pinel Island. There’s a large and fantastic grocery store at the bottom of the road (superU) and the kitchen was fully equipped making it a delight to cook in most evenings. Stephanie was a fantastic host - she was super communicative and easy to get ahold of with any questions. We are already brainstorming our next return - overall a dream vacation!

This was our 4th and best ever experience in St. Martin. The Villa is very new and exactly as per the photos. Stephanie was the perfect host. The heated pool is amazing. The view of Anse Marcel from the patio and every window is stunning. The decor was very modern, kitchen well equipped, and bed very comfy. Absolutely superb!
