Our stay was not worth what we paid for it unfortunately. We had high hopes since we heard a lot of good things but it was very unclean. One of the pillow covers had stains on it. There was mold in the bathroom and it didn't look like the room was disinfected.

OK place to stay overnight.

Reasonable place, good location, basic plus. Free wireless in the room is useless. Customer Service agent are stretched all times. They can employ more people to address customer needs. Long lines at the counter any time of the day. You have to ask for everything otherwise they don’t give.

complain regarding my recent stay at Ginger Mumbai Andheri on 14th Feb. Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit in my room. Despite reporting the issue to the hotel staff, I was assured that the AC would begin cooling within 10 minutes. However, this did not happen, and upon making a follow-up call to the reception, no further action was taken. Wrong marking on Google maps. We had to tell cab drivers to pick and drop from the correct gate every time Got the worst room. Got to know that the lock of the room door was broken on the third night of stay. Linens were not clean and cups were dirty too. The drain in bathroom was chocked. Staff was friendly and food was satisfactory. Don’t expect much from this hotel. It’s a good stay if you are out most of the time and just hitting the bed.

The hotels facility is not up tp that mark for what I have paid. They are not providing slipper and they are charging we supplied. Rooms are also not that much clean and good and BF is too bad as well as food grade is also not good. I didn't took BF. So I left hotel very next day. I won't like to stay in future to this hotel at all.

I had a horrible experience, I asked for extra pillows, and it looks 1 hour after 2-3 calls. The next day I called them for the locker, which wasn't working, and it seemed like a couple of hours. Very terrible service.

Check in was very slow, girl typing info on a laptop took almost 30 mins, not fun after a long flight. We were two people so asked for 2 keys, she refused and gave only one which was very inconvenient because elevator also required key. Air conditioning is horrible. When you leave the room all power shuts down in room so 100-105 F humid temp makes room so hot that when you come back it takes couple of hours to cool down. Also it won’t cool down to your desired temp, seemed like the hotel had it controlled to not go below certain temp, I was sweating all night and couldn’t sleep. Although hotel is relatively clean, secured and closed to airport I would definitely not choose this property again. Also like to mention that breakfast was good for the price
