"The view was amazing! Our kids loved roaming the property and playing. Property is close to Whitman's marina where we rented a boat.. The sunrises on front porch and sunset in the back were bonus. The back porch does get hot in the late afternoon but retreat to the feont porch keeps you cool. We had a nice breeze each day. Would recommend and one of our favorite places for our multi generation Labor Day extnded weekend. Saturday night there were fireworks over the lake to end the day."

"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"

"Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

"This was a great place for us to stay while attending our grandsons' baseball tournament. The house was exceptionally clean and even though it was in a county park with boat ramp access, it was very quiet. The house is a modular home with very nice, practical furnishings. Our only problem with the furnishings was that there was no king bed in any of the bedrooms but we knew that in advance. The home sits on a rather secluded lot with only a park employee residence nearby. At night there was...
